Hotel Relax - Syracuse

This hotel features fantastic staff and services, including a wide variety of delicious food, and the pool area is also great.

Whole place was fairly clean with magnificent views; quiet and lovely location to Catania airport. I loved the breakfast with a wide range of brilliant food. All the staff was excellent and consistently courteous. The service was terrific, the breakfast was splendid.

The room is big with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. There is a lot of supplies like : a private safe, central heating, and a work desk...

This hotel offered a comfortable quadruple room with a nice courtyard view, equipped with individual safe, climate control, and a work desk.

The hotel is a very pleseant hotel 4 km of the center of Siracusa, with an excellent swimmingpool and facilities. The staff is very friendly and most helpful in all matters, and the restaurant serves quality italian food, without being exopensive. I can strongly recommend the massage service - a most competent and highly professional woman. The rooms are nice, cosy and clean - the aircon is well-functioning, and there is a good bathroom. The locality is quiet and there is a view towards Siracusa and the coast from most rooms.

We stayed only one night in this hotel. We wanted a quieter location away from the city noise and this one suited us very well. Count that it was end of season and there were ot too many guests.

Although we had explicitly asked for a NON-smoking room the first one was heavily smelling of smoke. We asked for a replacement. The staff was helpful and gave us another room but it also had this smell although less than the first one. It seems that the hotel does not have NON-smoking rooms. Shower was broken too.

This hotel is really charming and has an unbeatable location that's close to Catania airport. the staff here are incredibly accommodating and make you feel at home. Plus, you're just a short walk away from cafes, shops, and the city center. ☕️.

The swimming pool at this hotel is absolutely jaw-dropping! It's a whopping 25 metres by 10 metres and kept impeccably clean. The staff here, including Francesca, Francesco, Guilia, Roberto, and Ivan. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly enjoyable. The accommodation was super comfortable and the breakfasts were splendid. The restaurant served pizzas for dinner that were top-notch and the prices were so reasonable. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the sights in the South-East of Sicily. We can't wait to come back again. Thanks to everyone involved for a truly fantastic vacation experience!

The pool was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly. They even provided a food pack for us since we were leaving early in the morning. The location was great for exploring the southeastern part of the island and there were plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities nearby.

The meals at the restaurant were overpriced and the portions were quite small. the shower in our room was small and needed some updating.

We stayed in a hotel located in a remote area, far from any shops or cafes. Although close enough to Catania airport, it doesn't make up for the lack of amenities in the surrounding areas. the room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service. the breakfast was simple, but good enough to start the day. We enjoyed the spacious swimming pool with the brilliant sun decks.

The restaurant had a limited menu, and the dish we ordered was underwhelming and uninspiring.

Great value for money stay with helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms with an amazing pool and a nice restaurant. the bikes provided by the hotel were an added advantage to explore the surroundings and enjoy a swim in the pool.

The location is quite far from the tourist attractions and city center which are only accessible by car. the absence of nearby restaurants makes it difficult to enjoy a wine or beer with dinner.

Great value for money, good facilities, clean and tidy, never too busy pool area, well-equipped gym.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, from accommodating our early check-in to arranging a food pack for our departure. The pool and solarium area was superb, and we loved that it was never too busy. The room was comfortable and clean, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to cafes and shops. The location near Catania airport was convenient for us, as we were able to hire a car and explore the island easily. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely stay here again.
